Root Flashed Kernel, Screen Doesn't Respond

Hi Folks,

Searched the forum and couldn't find anybody who's had this happen...

I just flashed a Kernel (KingxKernel-Inc-6) on my Incredible and now the screen doesn't respond.

I tried booting into recovery and using Clockworkmod to install the previous kernel i was using, which apparently worked, but the screen still doesn't respond.

What should I try next?

I can reboot into recovery just fine, so should I just try putting something on the SD card (in my computers SD card slot) and then loading that?

Sorry folks - was hasty in posting.

I was able to restore a backup using Clockwork. I'm new the rooting scene and wasn't aware of that capability.

Learning as I go...
