How can you flash a lg optimus S to Metro MANUALLY?

Well you have to pay the 40 dollars to get your meid put in the system so there is no way of doing it completly on your own, try the Howard forums theres more stuff on fully flashing to metro on there but imo that doesn't really seem like it is worth the trouble just to get an optimus on metro

Yeah I guess that could work, but isn't that considered cloning which is a big no-no?

Thats illegal as sh*t buddy. Thats like swapping the Vin numbers out on a car.

Like I said go on howard forums for metro there seem to be some good guides there for flashing and getting everything working with androids I think you have to be rooted though

I just found a new way to flash phones to Metro, everything works except the camera.
1. Go into qpst and change none of the settings, then go on your phone and place in airplane mode.
2. Order one of these: Metro super flasher tool
3. And pick any of the ones listed on this sites, you can customize! Network Infrastructure molecular bonder
4. Once you have the above two things activate your metro super flasher tool and open the network infrastructure bonder, get your Optimus S and go through the special flashing process which comes with the super flasher tool. In the end you should end up with something more or less like this:

Still working on a camera fix (experimenting with hinges )
