Flash isn't out from Adobe yet, and as far as I know there haven't been any leaks, so no, I don't think there is a way for you to get it right now. Be patient though, we're supposed to have it "within the first quarter of 2010", and the demo looked very promising.

The iPhone owners have been waiting for YEARS with no Flash in sight for them. Flash 10.1 is coming to us any day. So put the frowny face away and try just a little bit of patience Capiton!
