Help Flush internal storage

Hello

My Samsung S3 mobile stopped working and not even charging. I have tried factory reset by pressing home volume and side button but nothing happened.

I want to flush all the data in the internal storage before giving it to the repair.

Is it possible ??

Hi, I think moving this post to the s3 section will get better results, I do think its very possible for you to wipe the internal storage though.

Will it go into recovery mode? (Hold in Home, power and volume up) you can factory reset from there.
Try just "wipe cache partition" first and see if the phone will boot. Either that or you could try reflashing it :thumbup:

Hello

The hard reset is not working at all. I tried Home, volume and side button all together. The repair shop is saying the moisture corrode the motherboard and its unrepairable. Does internal memory (SD card) is chip in with motherboard??

Can I backup now anyhow as it not starting at all??

Sorry man. The internal sd is a chip built onto the motherboard
