Flushing Internal Storage

Hello

My Samsung S3 mobile stopped working and not even charging. I have tried factory reset by pressing home volume and side button but nothing happened.

I want to flush all the data in the internal storage before giving it to the repair.

Is it possible ??

Have you tried the factory reset option within Settings?
