Both apps are really great!
I just love my HTC HERO MORE
I tried Flyscreen yesterday and although it is impressive in what it can do, I found it made things too complex, essentially duplicating what was already available (after unlocking) - kind of defeating the benefits of having the Hero's SensUI interface. I also found it lagged when scrolling and used unnecessary extra data and battery life. I ended up removing it - maybe it has more appeal to other non-HTC Android phones?
That is exactly what I thought, pretty much to the letter.
Installed, played with, thought it added nothing extra to my phone and was a little laggy (perhaps because of having to run this and htc's sense ui at the same time), but thought it might be nice to have on a G1 or Magic.
That Wavesecure is Fantastic though
I gotta try Flyscreen yet
Yeah love WaveSecure - especially with it built into MoDaCo's custom ROM
Tried Flyscreen today after seeing it on Engadget, it's ok. But defies the point of the lock screen. WS i'm trying now, looks awesome.
Many thanks for your support for WaveSecure!
