Folder contents unavailable

Howdy,

I just connected my Samsung Captivate (SGH-I897) to my Windows 7 PC via USB and bluetooth, and the connection works fine for both of them. I can also browse folders on my computer, but none of the files show up in the folders. It's the same for both USB and bluetooth. I can connect to my work computer via USB and don't have any problems.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the AndroidForums.

It sounds like you might have a Windows 7 USB driver issue / difference between your home PC and the one at work.

Try looking or posting your question in the Captivate forum here at AF:

I'm betting that someone has already experienced your issue and can provide some guidance for you.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the USB drivers?
