Is there anyway to stop apps from putting crap on my sdcard or at least make it so that the apps put their cache and other garbage in a particular folder and NOT on the root of the sd?

So I guess the only way android apps store their temp stuff is on the root of the SD...no way to move it to a different folder.....ah well.

Don't really have an answer for ya, but if you're rooted spend one hard earned buck on Cache Mate, it has options to clear out the SD Card too along with the onboard caches
