Help Folders?

is there a way to change the the folder icon? It is pretty ugly.

Theres an app that does that, but I cannot think of the name at the moment.

In case anyone was wondering, you can change the name of the folder by press-holding the title bar of the folder while you have it open.

I'm also trying to figure that one out. I personally don't want the app organizer icons and just want to change the look of the stock folder. Keep all of my folder icons similar.
