    hey all.

im looking for an app that will be able to give me updates for my football team, aswell as updates for scores.

at the moment im using a combination of soccer live score, to check scores and fotmob 4 to look at news and stats but its a bit convoluted, any1 know of any apps that can do both? or are an improvement on fotmob

Fotmob 4 has live scores already - not sure why you need soccer live score?

Hi all, Im new to Android and loving my shiny new HTC Desire. I am well versed in the Skysports app for iPhone but is there a comparable or better one for Android? I want to use this mainly for Premiership games but would also want it for the World cup, some sort of push notification for when goals are scored would be good too. Any recommendations?

I'm using FotMob. Has all the leagues, the WC, and a score notifier which alerts you when a goal is scored in any of the leagues you've set it to track.

Soccer Score Centre is basically the same as the Sky Sports app. It does all you need and looks good.

I personally use FotMob. Does the job brilliantly, and you can set your favourite competitions, teams, and have alerts for specific matches.

I agree with barney. FotMob is the best one I have found.

Loaded Fotmob 6 today and so far so good. It updated the Arsenal score about a minute after they scored.

I am rather a fan of certain players than team. That's why i created GamePlan.
I want to know When and If my favorite players are playing and also what happens when they play of course =)
The latest release also includes integrated live scores from goal.com. So if you are like me and like to track players, enjoy :)

I created an app for my own personal needs, which basically is to know when and if certain players are playing. I also added a few other features. Feel free to try it out - it's free. I don't claim it to be the best out there though, but it's the only one of it's kind afaik.

We have publish an app in the Android market that covers all the aspects of the game of soccer (Football). Give it a try and we are sure that you'll like it. It has news, blogs, players, schedules, live scores, and social sharing, all squeezed into a single app! Following are the marking links:
