For NON rooted...does anyone clean their cache?

    Who cleans there cache? How often? How? Does it help?

    Clearing caches can be a good idea if apps start acting up or are lagging/freezing. You can clear your cache by going into manage apps -> select the app -> Clear cache/data

    This isn't really needed on a normal basis though, only if you start having issues.

    I used to do it a lot before I rooted. Theres a few apps out there that can make it easy. Historycleaner is a good one.

    Cache files can use up internal memory. I use app cleaner.

    Prior to rooting I used to go through my apps in the settings/manage apps area and individually clear cache from time to time - especially if I was experiencing lag. Clearing it out would make my phone perform better.
