The phone is still on ICS but there is an upgrade to JB available. It will be up to the buyer to upgrade if they would like. The phone has been rooted but is currently back to stock.

CLEAN ESN! Never dropped. No water damage or noticeable damage other than standard wear. Non-smoker phone.

The phone has been in a case since the 2nd week and has also had a screen protector installed the entire time. Photos are shown with a screen protector in place.

You will need to get your own Sim Card and own Micro-SD card (if desired).
