When I try to set a wallpaper the force close notice comes up and says the application gallery ( process.HTC.album) had stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. And on Facebook or any website it says the application internet ( process com.android.browser) had stopped unexpectedly

    Factory reset. Unless you're rooted.

Lol, I swear you say that every other post. But sadly its probably true.

You might be able to fix it by clearing the data and cache for each app, but if that doesn't work then yeah its factory reset time.

I only say it cuz It's true. Usually feel bad tellin people that. Everyone's afraid of the factory reset, but in these cases it is the only option.
Some might say I am the harbinger of the Factory Reset.

There's nothing to fear... Just let it happen. It's inevitable. We all have to do it (or the equivalent) sooner or later for one reason or another.

    :D
