Root Force Closes

I decided on just having my admire run OA Final with the HTC Ginger Ice theme for good because its the most complete rom I could find and with the HTC theme it looks really official...

Now my problem is that at times it behaves good...I would say about 75% of the time...but then all of a sudden I get force closes in the browser and other apps...

Is there any thing I can do with the rom itself to cure this disease because its driving me crazy and I don't want to re-flash

Could have something to do with the theme you flashed. Try re flashing and holding off on the theme to see if it happens again. I know you said you didn't want to format, but in case like this, it's usually the easiest option to start troubleshooting the issue.

What about a set permissions app would that help...I really don't want to reformat but if I must then I have to...

are you running the EXT4 version? the overclocking could be factor

I don't think that would help. If you flashed it all at once that could be the issue. Try flashing the rom and stuff, then after you get it set up then you can flash the theme. Or try underclocking your phone. I noticed with my old admire that when i would keep at it 900 a lot of apps would force close randomly so i kept it at 850 max
