Help Force closing SMS

Whenever I send a Text, my phone pops up with the whole "Please wait" and then gives me the "Force close" option. I have over 2,000 texts in the Conversation with my Girlfriend, but I'm deleting that as we speak. I have it set (As of yesterday) to only have 200 per conversation.

Help is appreciated.

Also, when I use the "Hotspot" feature, it won't connect to my computer. It's hard to explain, but my Computer will connect to the "EVO" connection, but it says that there is a "DNS error."

Network issue or you don't need to save 2000 text messages with gf. Its either or.

Yea, I'm working on deleting those haha. I didn't know that it would affect the phone that much. I have/had at least 4,000 texts saved, but I'm working on getting rid of them.

To clear things up, I found out the solution to both problems: I'm ******ed.

Are you sure that you have the hotspot feature enabled in your sprint account. If you don't have that extra feature and pay the extra money every month you will not be able to connect to the net. You will be able to connect to your Evo however no dns authorized. If you are not using the stock app which one are you using and what are your setting?
