forgot my gmailusename and password for my android phone

i have forgotten my username and password for t- motile phone i cant get to the phone because a little girl was playing with it and missed the pattern 5times.i need to check my call
. log pls help me by letting me get to the phone or creating a new account for the phone thank u

Welcome! This comes up a lot. I'm afraid you'll need to do a factory data reset.

If you provided a valid email address to Gmail as a secondary email, you can probably determine your Gmail username/password from the Gmail web interface using a PC. The challenge, however, is that once you determine the password you might not be able to get it to accept the correct password on the phone. As such, you will likely need to do a factory data reset on the phone and start over.
