Forgot my Norton Mobile security pass and cant do that buddy stuff

Hey dudebros, this is my first time on this site...... and I obviously need help; my problem is that I installed norton mobile security(the first one) on my s2, and I changed my sim card and I had to put my password, which I forgot and my buddy is here with me and we cant send an sms in Roaming(Airtel DRC, we are currently in South Africa and it switched to Cell-C). What do I do? I tried to go on the norton website and it said I have to add a new device and when I do and select android it just sends me to Google Play to download Norton again(the new one) but how the hell am I supposed to register it when I cant access my phone? please help me.
