Fossil Sudden Battery Issue.

    Greetings one and all.

    I was gifted a Fossil Carlyle this past Christmas. I have been able to go through the whole day (5 AM to 10:30 PM) with ample battery life remaining, a little less than half.

    Recently though battery life has taken a significant hit, forcing the watch to now go into battery saving mode around 10PM.

    I have not added any apps or changed how I use it. I did a Force Stop on the Nike app as well as the Heart Rate Monitor app to see if it would help improve but to no avail.

    I'm left wondering if the battery has developed an issue or if a recent Wear OS update blitzed it.

    Any thoughts?

    I suggest that you go into your settings to see if a particular app is consuming your battery. You will find the apps listed and the power used under device care or something similar. That is the place to start.

    ocnbrze DON'T PANIC!!!!!!!!!

    ......and then the last resort would be to factory reset the watch and only reinstall apps that you frequently use on the watch. do it one by one and see if any of the apps installed is the source of the drain.

    The watch basically is in factory condition; I have not added any apps to it as of yet, only utilized a couple that were preinstalled.
