Probably preaching to the converted, but what the hay.

Go to the drive app and it should automatically give you 50gb of free space for years.

The offer seems to expire after a while so better get them while they are hot.

    Go forth and sync.

Yep, got 100Gb from my Chromebook as well so 150Gb for me.
Keep in mind they do not delete your data after two years it's just any difference is not available for free.

Well, I wasn't sure if they take away the extra 50gb after 2 years, so I didn't accept it when I first bought my G phone. Is it to late to get it now?

I'll accept it as long as I get to keep the extra 50gb. Mine is still showing 15gb total!

    Thnx.

My impression is that after 2 years you will have to pay whatever the going rate is for the extra 50MB. On the other hand, 2 years is probably the life of the phone. You'll either choose to pay or move your stuff. ;)

30 Days after activating the phone IS the time limit. I passed it. Called Motorola and they said I'm SOL. Would have to pay for the space thru Google.

Really? You signed into your Google account from the drive app on your phone?

My extra space didnt show up until a few days later. You could call just to have it documented...but it might just need time to register.

I had the same issue as you...I had errors when I first tried to redeem it.

Yea...I didnt know it would stack. I had 15GB already ...didnt even know I had it...I have 65GB now.
