Can't seem to find your privacy policy on Google Play. As your application has full network access and the application contains sensitive user data this is important.

Full network access: to show you ads, the app needs to get them from the Internet.
No personal data is collected.

That doesn't really give me much confidence to use your app, especially given that it's got access to confidential personal medical data.

You might want to check up on HIPAA compliance as well.
