Whatever happened to this game? I have it on my phone but it's no longer on the market or appbrain.

I see that "Slice it" is on the market by a different Dev that was added AFTER I got "Slice Slice". Did they have some kind of copyright infringement? Anyone else grab this before it disappeared?
