Occasionally while charging my phone it will lock up. if the screen was on it will just stay there if its off it just wont respond. I have to take out the battery and then turn it on, anyone else have this problem?

I had that problem with the first Moment I got (I'm on my 3rd one... 2nd one kept going into Airplane mode, but this 3rd one has been working perfectly, knock on wood!). I was within my 30 days so they just swapped it out. Maybe they gave you the one I returned! 
I've had a moment for about a week and I've noticed the past 2 days mine doing this. It only freezes when plugged into AC power. And it only seems to do it when plugged in for a good amount of time. I'm wondering if it was some application i installed that caused the problem. the only thing I could think of that's installed would be TaskPanel. Any ideas? If not, I'm gonna give it a hard reset and see how that does.
My phone has started doing this the last couple days also.
I have a suspicion that it was either TaskPanel, PandaHome, Handcent, or White Noise.
I've uninstalled every single app I downloaded (just in case), cleared the cache out of every app I can, and power cycled the phone.
I'm charging now with USB, no lockups yet.
