Friendcaster annoying problem

I have all my notifications turned off, yet every day I get annoying birthday reminders. I cant find a way of making it stop. Im using the latest version, and recently switched from Official FB app.

Can anyone confirm this issue and a fix, or does anyone know what I need to do?? Many thanks.

I would make sure your calendar isn't synced with Facebook/Friendcaster Friend Birthdays. That might be doing it.

Thanks, but I still cant figure this one out. I'm using MIUI 204130 (GB) if that helps, and as far as I can tell, I dont have birthdays enabled on my Calendar app.
