I decided to make the switch to Sprint when I saw the Evo, and man am I happy. I got the phone today, and in the little time I have had with it, I love it! The OS is amazing compared to the iphone, it does sooooo much more. I do like the quality of the iphone a bit better, but I like this phone in every other way. If you are on the edge of getting this thing or not, do it!

I'm going from a 2G iPhone on T-Mobile (edge speeds if I'm lucky) to the Evo 4G :D I can hardly wait, just waiting for Best Buy to call me to setup an appointment!

I just moved from a mix of 2G Nexus One and iPhone 3G. I'm VERY satisfied even above and beyond Nexus One, although I REALLY liked the N1's Favorites/Recent Phone listing.. :(

Same here...Switched from the 3Gs as my everyday personal device to the EVO. So far enjoying it ver much. And I agree about the 4th iphone, it just doesnt really excite me. It's a waste of such a beautiful screen on such small real estate.

I'm loving this phone as well. My 3GS SHOWS a better speed w/ speedtest, but when it comes to real world loading pages, the evo is there!

Im very happy w/ the mp3 player although I'm always looking for others.

I went from iphone to Hero to Evo and I'm in love. This phone is exactly how I wanted my dream phone to be, all screen.

I gave up my 3GS for an EVO, too. It's not so much that I disliked the iPhone... I actually liked it a lot when I bought it. It's the AT&T network that I despise.

Now that I'm with Sprint, I can actually talk on the phone in my own apartment without experiencing multiple call drops every 8 out of 10 calls. I can also go to and from work without the data connection cutting out 3-5 times. :)

Same here. Just got mine today and love it so far. I can do so much more now even with a Jailbroken iPhone.

I came from the Iphone 2g on T-mobile after they stole my Nexus 1 and I couldn't believe how shitty the Iphone OS was compared to my EVO 4g now and my Nexus 1 then. You won't regret it.

I too left my beloved iphone because of at&ts horrible service.
And I am loving my EVO and the service ( so far), I am also doing far more things with the EVO then the iPhone.

I was waiting to see what the iPhone 4 was gonna be like and I was not impressed.
So now to convert the rest of my family to the Droid side.

I went from 3GS to EVO and have no regrets whatsoever. It works great as a phone/messaging which iPhone did not whatsoever due to ATT and I love the Sense UI and active wallpaper. Real gadget nerds know that the EVO is King.
