Just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 32GB G930P off of EBay and there's something wrong with the front facing camera. See attached images but basically I'm seeing intermittent noise and lines Can someone tell me if this is likely a software or hardware (sensor) problem. The rear camera works perfectly. Also, I have seen the "Camera Failed" message a few times but I've also reset the camera application cache as well as the phone system cache. Before I factory reset the phone and spend any more time troubleshooting, could anyone suggest a fix? If this is a hardware issue, I'd prefer to just send it back rather than waste time doing a factory reset and restore, etc.

    Thanks! IMG_20160704_134758.jpg IMG_20160704_134758.jpg

Definitely looks like a camera or hardware connection failure. If it was like that from day 1, return it.
