I'm sure you can understand, a high-profile Android community site such as AF can't risk making such information available as it would be of great use (and profit) to anyone in possession of a lost/stolen device.
If FRP is enabled, simply entering your Google account credentials (assuming that you are the owner of the primary account) will disable it and allow the device to boot. If you've somehow forgotten these, your usrname and/or password can be reset at
www.google.com.
