Frustrated newbie

Hi Folks

Glad to be on board and hoping that all you experienced forummers can help ease my frustrations with my newly aquired Galaxy Note.

Why is it that you aquire the latest high tech gizmo and it works fine till you plug it into your computer to update it's systems and then, lo and behold, things stop working?????

Aaah well, I gues thats what forums where made for.
