Galaxy Ace & Gingerbread Advice

Hi,

Just received my 1st ever smart phone yesterday and am not sure where to start!

Will be buying a 16Gb SD card later today.

Is it worth upgrading to Gingerbread as a 1st step before installing any apps or is it not really worth it.

Any advice gratefully received.

I advoc e to updae it coz 2.2 is laggy and phone will crash very often and wil also rstart
but none of these problems are there with gingerbread ...if u confused how to fo it ...pm me

there are no problems of crashing/restarting/lag on Froyo. Dude do not make your own theories. And do not supply wrong information.

Some phones on froyo do have Sod bug. and 2.3.4 will increase performance. But it is not officially released yet and upgrading will video your warranty.

Dude don't u get app crashes often .....and phone restarts on 2.2
?? Cox I had these problems even my frend had ......
