    Need help on this!

    • I clicked on an add from a website
    • I accidentally hit "ok to download video"
    • No matter how many times you hit the "ok to download video," this popup never goes away
    • The page is permantly locked on a shopping site and there is no web browser window. I repeat, there is NO WEB BROWSER WINDOW at the top
    • Removed battery, card, rebooted, nothing helps
    Please help!

    Hello there Damien!
Not sure if this will help but perhaps clearing the cache via recovery can help.
Otherwise, if all else fails you'll need to reset the device via recovery.
    So, try this first:
Edit: by the way, just in case more help is needed, I moved this to your device forum;)

You can also try going under settings>>applications>>>browser>> clear data. And see if that helps

I assumed his phone was stuck at that page even after a reboot
But yes that's a good idea if I am incorrect:)

    Lol this makes no sense.

But anyways, easy fix. Close application. Clear data. That's it.
