will not start comes up in (blu screen)Android system recovery (3e) mode) none of the options lised work, Know nothing about this stuff other than paid a lot of money for this phone and the seller said they could not fix it .

Lots of things you can try, some of which are dangerous (as in turning the phone into a paper weight) if you don't know what you're doing. I suggest that you bring it to a good repair shop.

Next time remember, the cheaper way isn't always the way that will cost you less money in the end.
