Help galaxy mini sometimes does not ring

samsung galaxy mini sometimes does not ring (only vibrate). phone came with android221 and later i updated 236. both versions had the same problem. no additional apps for ringtones are on the phone, and tried also with additional like rings extended. phone sometimes rings, sometimes does not ring. any solutions? samsung mini problem, or android bugs?

so far we know thaT the blame goes to google, android v4 is out, who cares about v2? same mistakes from linux systems. big possibilities, low result unfortunately. all they needed to do is the fix/patch and all works.
