    Hi

ive had my samsung galaxy mini for about 1 year now and it has started turning itself of and the only way to turn it back on again is to take the battery out and put it back in again.

    Welcome thisguy12!
I agree with DonB--try a factory reset. If that does not work, try cleaning your battery contacts on the phone and the battery with a pencil eraser or a soft toothbrush.
Otherwise, do you know what triggers the sudden power off? And after you pull and reinsert the battery, how long does it stay on?
    Thanks for joining:D

    Thanks guys

fortunately it has not done it recently, i think it is because when i was trying to fix it before all u replied i blew in the contacts and that must have got rid of some dust.

if it happens again i will try factory reset and cleaning the contacts.

will let u know about it

    thanks again!!

Hopefully a reset should have things back to normal.

    Good luck. ;)
