Galaxy Nexus blocks my home land line number

My Galaxy Nexus will not accept calls from my landline. I'm in Athens, Greece. I dial my cell phone number from my apartment and the Galaxy Nexus vibrates, picks up for just a second and then blocks the call. I get a busy signal on the landline end. There is no indication that I missed a call either.
Can someone help with this? I called both the provider of the landline and it IS allowed to call cell phones, and I contacted the cell phone provider, WIND, and they said it's a setting on the phone. It does accept other landline calls, just not from my apartment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out - some app called Call Patrol, I think. I deleted it and the problem was fixed. Don't know why it would chose my home phone number to block.
