Morning all. Off from work today -- flying out to Arizona at 630PM tonight. Really stoked to get out there.

Still running gummyNex 0.2.3 as I don't wanna mess with anything before my flight as to not mess anything up but I will probably go to 0.2.6 or whatever version he is up to when I get back next week. I also need to install the search key mod so I don't miss it when I install Nova Launcher as well.

Does anyone have a search key mod that works under 4.0.3 that they can link to? Thanks.

Morning folks. Got the standard battery in to see what kind of life it gives. Extended battery didn't seem up to what I expected. We'll see...

Did you like what I did to TronVader? I can put him back to the way he was if you don't. (He looked kinda funny sitting in the middle of the screen with no lower body though which is why he has pants now).

It was late last night, but I did get Zumocast working on my Nexus, as well as on my Thrive, too! woot! Thanks again Razor for the link...very cool! I can now access all my movies on my network drive, remotely as well. Nice!

And that soft key mod rearranged my back button. I think I am just gonna modify my own systrmUI.apk for myself so it's exactly how I want it.

    Quick question:

I saw that Revolution HD updated the ROM.

When I flash it, do I have to do a data/cache/dalvik wipe, too, as if I was coming from another ROM?

Is everyone using clockwork or TiBackup..or do we need both? Advantage of 1 vs the other? Thanks and happy Friday!

I know, I can't stand that! Also, on most of these softkey mods, the search key is a different shade of blue or red than the others.

Is there a safe way to modify the placement and colors of the keys?

Exchange was a frustrating 4 days for me. Code boys are working on it.

I migrated from a berry, and ended up downloading Touchdown as a temporary fix. I had to leave Active Sync and Exchange 2007 unchecked, as it wouldn't hook up to Touchdown with all 3 checked, as they suggested. It's running well enough, I should be able to wait for a software fix for native mail.

I also an working on battery issues, did most of the usual items, but left wi fi on.

battery came back much better now, but I camp out on Wifi at home so it's not a fair comparison to when I'm out in the woods.

Will probably flip back on 4g, to see if it's a real hog then tweak settings one a day, to check it out.

It also mysteriously switches to Silent mode, if you reboot, or lose power then recharge it, so watch for that or you'll miss calls from angry wife holding your christmas present in her hands.
So far 7/10 in my book, but since I'm a noob, I have to learn the system.

I am on my second phone, so I don't believe it's hardware, as the first one had the same issue.

Code link is here. Make sure and click the star to the left of the problem so you notify the dev folks we need it ironed out.

The only time I go into clockwork is to reboot into recovery. I use TiBackup for apps.

I'm just more comfortable that way.
