Not sure, but I'm sensing a disturbance in The Force.

Thanks but I'm confused about the September IME fix. Is that mean the problem is fixed? Can I update my phone with the latest update and I'll be OK?

    I bought the nexus 5.

I'm thrilled. And ashamed of myself.

    Hell
You gave in to your impulses, huh? No one can really blame you. Also quit blaming yourself. It is a Nexus 5 after all. :)

    Honestly, I don't know. It's very possible.

If that doesn't work, if you're rooted or interested in rooting your phone, I'm pretty sure that the Cyanogen rom provides the support you need. They have a great history of ensuring support beyond just English. You can check at cyanogenmod.org - there are probably others as well.

Our Galaxy Nexus All Things Root forum has folks familiar with your version, I'm sure you'll get a lot of help on that if you want it. :)

Being rooted is the same thing as admin privileges on your PC - you get more freedom to install what you need.

If the latest official update doesn't work, that's what I'd look into.

Remember "Coin" from a few days ago?

They have a FAQ page now. https://onlycoin.com/support/faq/

They even have an answer on how to keep your souffle from collapsing.

Morning folks :). Never knew 3 hours of sleep could feel so good, on a terrible bed to boot! Mom is up moving around a little bit now so she feels much better.

Unlocked bootloader, rooted, and recovery'd. In about 5 minutes total.

    Gotta love the Nexus.

    Thanks everyone :)

You happen to be right so far, lol. He's very active and actually wild in his movements a lot while the other one of mostly content and chill.

Wow. I'm really glad I went with the Nexus 5. This thing flies! And I do like KitKat. Very simple and neat. I like the transparency.

I hope the developer of Xposed framework updates his app soon, as well as the modules. But my biggest preference has to do with resizable navbar, which is available in many of the roms at this point, and transparency, which KK took care of.

If anyone is one the fence between the G2 or the Nexus, I say go with the Nexus. That's my strong feeling on the matter.

    Today, anyway.

    :p

Hello everyone - didn't stop in yesterday, but hello.

Congrats gEEK - glad to hear all is well.

I still love my G2 - kinda wish the N5 was available on Verizon (maybe with a better camera), but this thing just blows me away every day. I never have to worry about what I am doing because I know the battery will get me to the end of the day. Just wish I could run 4.4 on it soon.

Edit - Random awesome Kickstarter find of the day: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/electroninks/circuit-scribe-draw-circuits-instantly?ref=category

The G2 is a great phone. I went to it twice. I wish the Nexus 5 had its battery capacity.
