My brother has it and I have his password so I guess you could say I have Netflix.
If your AAC files are not protected, you can convert them right in iTunes.
If they are the older, restricted files, the easiest (free) option is to use this converter.
I'm going to see what it is this weekend. I haven't even begun to make good use of Chrome.
Hahaha, naughty. Well if you have some time to spare this weekend, I'd highly recommend it - he's hilarious. His voice impressions are flawless and his jokes are very relatable. Very very funny.
I played the free Chrome version when it first came out. I was useless at work for about 3 days. I haven't been back in awhile, but I'll blame you if I get nothing done again today now.
Do you mean to remove the DRM so you can copy/play on whatever you want? I understand one way is to burn a CD with the DRM-enabled songs, then rip those songs back from the CD. However, I simply repurchased the non DRM version of iTunes. I think it was about $.25 per song. I didn't have but maybe 25 songs with DRM, so it wasn't expensive. And it was easier, and faster.
I'm curious is Google Music will pick up songs that are DRM enabled? (I LOVE Google Music!)
That's what I mean. Thanks. I forgot about the option to upgrade. When I look tonight I'll see how much it would be. Its probably just easier that way.
I haven't used Google Music yet.
Google Music is awesome! It read all of my itunes playlists. I had somewhat maintained the itunes playlists, and then used isyncr to copy songs/playlists to my DX. Pretty slick. Now I need to dump itunes for good, and use GM. I still hate being tied to GM, but it's better than itunes. I do want the songs on my computer though, and not just "in the cloud."
I still think it would be awesome if this phone could dock with a tablet.
What, No Nexus. Thats a crime in my book..
Accept me. At 6ft. and 180lbs, I can eat what I want until my heart gives out.
And now I officially hate you for that.
I'm headed back to the gym next week. I have a personal trainer lined up and she has agreed to punish me until me abs are as rock hard as they were when I was in my early 20s.
I'm curious how many here are using the NFC tags? I think they are probably one of THE coolest things for our Nexuses (Nexi?)! I have ordered my tags, but haven't received them yet, but just looking at the options that are available, I can't wait to mess with these! My car doc should be arriving in the next day or so, and I plan on using a tag on it, as well as at home (bedside), my home office and workplace office.
For those using NFC tags, would you list how you're using them, as well as which apps you're using to program/manage them?
Good morning all.
Had the electrician come this morning (landlord sent him) to replace all the outlets in the apartment and kitchen of my living room since the one the FiOS box was plugged into went bad. So all is working now.
Running gummyNex 0.4.2 and its so fast -- I love it.
Using NFC Task Launcher to program. This is my tag for coming home to my apartment.
Is it wrong that I have this pic as my desktop background.......on a Mac?
Let's get today's RSRSS going! Out of curiosity, do you guys still want me to keep doing these? I get the feeling not many people read them...

I do. I was behind on them but now I try not to go more than a day.
Alright, I must be doing something wrong...Anyone who uses widgetlocker please help me out
I thought maybe it was the rom/setup I had on my Droid X, but apparently not...But everytime I am in a phone call and I am ready to hang up, I pull the phone away from my face, the screen auto turns on, and widgetlocker is there waiting for me to unlock before I can hang up. I have the "show in call" option NOT selected...yet it still shows in call. Anyone else every had this problem or is it something I am missing?
I definitely do....appreciate your help! I don't have time to go scouring for info like you post. Thanks!
Do you have any of the options checked off for rooted phones ?
I know sometimes its an issue.
5'10" and I vary between 160-165 lbs I've dwindled a little from my college days when I was 170 with 7% body fat.... I can eat whatever I want and not gain much if any at all. Weight lifting is about the only thing that makes me really gain weight.
Root helper is check...and inside the root options I have "for notification bar" and "for screen timeout" checked. Should I uncheck these?
Keep posting this great info....
