Hi Guys
what is the best way to download documentaries to my galaxy note, to watch later whilst on long haul flights.

Download from where? The internet? Download them to your computer (however you prefer doing that), then copy the file to the tab. Test in advance so that you know that the tab plays the type of file you're saving.
