Galaxy note is 229.99 at Target Mobile. I'm not sure if it's permanence or just for this week. Anyway, the link will be posted below, other companies should be able to price match! Hopefully if my $500 store credit from my broken Dell streak comes in this week so I can use that to pay it.

Here you go.. Samsung Galaxy Note Carbon Blue for AT&T - Target Mobile

Also I found out that amazon has it for 229.99 also!

If you can go to best buy with a printout of that price... They will price match and buy back your old phone. I sold back my droid charge and got the price match.. Ended up paying 176.00 tax included.

I bought my note from target as well but keep in mind that the 229 price is only for new activations or upgrades on the main account. If youre one of the secondary lines, the price jumps up to 249, which is what I had to pay. =\

I tried to upgrade at Target Mobile. My phone is secondary, and price went up to $319 not $249. Radio Shack would not price match.

Is that the price after tax or before??
I think the pricing online is a bit different but if you go into target, it's definitely 249!

    Jun,

Can you tell me what is the benefit of buying a phone off contract outside of no penalties for retiring it and buying a different phone, which is costly at the least? If you need service, don't you pay the same as someone who is on contract...actually, would you pay more? This phone most probably will not be able to be used with Verizon, I assume so aren't you stuck with ATT anyway?
