Galaxy Note 3 Won't answer incoming calls!

i bought a galaxy note 3 two months ago. and i have a problem with incoming calls. whenever my phone rings and i try to answer any call it will disconnect immediately. i am having this problem for a week now. i need Help !
i have tried voice commands.
home key to answer the calls. Nothing worked !

have you tried to reset the phone? or flash fw over current one with ODIN. firmware files are here: Firmwares | SamMobile
