So I just got the samsung galaxy note 5 about a month ago and occasionally had problems with the volume changing by itself (after Best Buy's 16 day warranty was up). It wasn't too bad until the volume-down button somehow got stuck, which made the phone restart every time in safe mode. Since the warranty was up and we don't have insurance, Best Buy wouldn't help us. Sprint wasn't much help either, and said to mail the phone to Samsung to get repaired. Twelve days later I get the phone back, which still isn't fixed, and apparently has water damage (wow thanks for the help, samsung). Since both volume buttons don't work anymore, we decided to take the back off and remove the volume buttons all together. We then restarted the phone and it's STILL stuck in safe mode. How is that even possible? Please help! At this point I could care less about the volume, I just really need my phone out of safe mode :(
