Just curious - is it worth buying original Samsung stylus or any other stylus pen will work?

The samsung stylus has the button which allows you to do screenshots and etc. I have used other stylus and they work ok you just lose the extra functions of the spen

The original S-Pen is a digitizer stylus and not a capacitive pen. As other people said, both will technically work however the two will make use of different components of the phone. It could be that some applications (if specifically designed for the digitizer) will not respond to a capacitive pen (which is basically a replacement finger).

Not a problem at the moment, but could be in the future.

    Regards,
    Eric Ritchie.

It's a Wacom passive digitiser with a pressure-sensitivity. I have successfully used the pens from various Wacom graphics tablets and my HP Touchsmart tx2130ea pen-enabled laptop, although not all of them work - particularly older Wacom products.
