Galaxy Player 3.6 won't connect to internet

[Android Question]

Our Galaxy Player 3.6 no longer connects to the internet. We are not having trouble with our internet with any of our other devices. This device has never had trouble connecting to the internet before now. Are there settings within the device that need to be checked?
