Galaxy S 19000

Hi!

I unlocked my galaxy s i9000 but i want to reset it to the factory settings, will it affect anything? Like data or network settings of the original provider? I used the Unlock Galaxy S apps, not sure if I need to restore the datas I backed up before I unlocked it. It backed up some data with "EFS".

I appreciate any help on this
