galaxy s2 battery discharge

why does my s2 get hot and the battery discharges in one hour from 100% to zero? I am doing all things to minimize battery usage. I have very few apps loaded.

It could be a defective battery. Or it could be a short somewhere in the phone. Check the battery usage with a battery usage monitor app (plenty free at Play) and see if anything unusual pops up. I'd bet on a hardware (including battery) problem, though, and that would require a trip to the repair shop.

Lithium Batteries don't usually give up early I think it is short circuit issue of phone. Use External battery if it will give up early as well than it is short circuit.
