Help Galaxy S2 Problems after Mainboard replacement

Hi

I had to change the mainboard of a Galaxy S2. I have got one from some Chinese company. Unfortunately this board doesn't have IMEI and it has a Taiwanese(?) firmware. In addition it is not recognized by the PC and can't be charged by USB. I don't know if this USB problems are related to the missing IMEI or something else. The phone reacts if I attach a JIG and it switches on if I connect it with USB. But PC isn't connecting. I have already tried to do factory reset. Still the same issues. Is there a way to change the IMEI and install different FW? Service Mode menu doesn't show any entry.

BR,

Michael
