MOST cdma devices can be flashed to other carriers.
On your side you have to have a radio that matches their info.
On their side they have to add the ESN of your device to their system to be able to activate it and bill you properly, as well as set up your device with an atcive number.
has someone created a ROM with the correct info? that part i dont know. sorry
