Are you saying that you can boot into recovery and download mode but will not boot up normal into system or you are not getting any response from the phone at all?

Pull the battery out again, and leave it out for couple of minutes before trying to restart your S3 again. You might also want to temporarily remove any SIM or microSD cards.
If that doesn't make any difference, when you plug in the power adapter do at least see the red or green indicator LED light?

Only thing I can think of would be to try and charge it. Plug in the charger and see if you get the red charging LED and animation.
If not, double check to see if battery inserted correctly.

Let's go back to the beginning, what was the situation where you were in Download Mode?

I was trying to root the phone , i turned the phone off then i press Power-Home-Volume Down to get to Download Mode , after that i change my mind and tried to exist from download mode , but didn't know how so i thought if i removed the battery every thing will go back to normal.

Very odd, Download Mode on its own shouldn't brick your phone and the battery pull should let you restart again. The only other thing I can think of, and this is very unlikely, is to check if any physical buttons (Power button on right side, Volume button on right, Home button bottom front) are jammed in either a unpressed or pressed down position.
In any case, not seeing any kind of LED indicator light when your phone is plugged in is not a good sign.

You didn't try to flash any firmware while in recovery did you?

Also, to tag a member type ampersand "@" and then type the username. Like this @zeyadjy a popup will appear while typing. Just tap the appropriate name and you're set.

It is very odd. Like they said above. If the phone is unresponsive there is not much we can do. Hopefully the service center can get it fixed.
