I have a galaxy s3 SPH L710 i took out the charging port since i was going to replace it with a new one but didnt have it so put it back together without changing port. It turned on fine but then it gave me a lost mobile network so i restarted it and now it wont turn on at all. But i do see that when i put on the battery the backlighy flashes once and thats it. But still wont turn on.
    Any suggestions?

Have you made sure that the device is charged? Otherwise you might need to wait 15-30minutes until it has enough charge to turn back on.

Does it not turn on at all? Like if you plug it into your computer nothing is recognized? Sorry I am looking for a bit more information here so that myself or another member can appropriately assist you.

    Next to you
Maybe when some circuitry got borked when you removed the port?
I'm not familiar with removing solder or whatever, but stuff that small I would suppose can easily get jacked perhaps unknowingly and therefore your issues arose.
