Hello.
I recently bought a galaxy S4 SGH-i337, AT&T version "new other" phone for use on H2O. I tried numerous times with H2O customer service to get the LTE data working, but was unable to do so. Eventually, customer service gave me the APN settings for their 3G data, which worked. Customer Service said I must have a 3G device?
This is in USA. I am pretty sure AT&T has LTE service around here, so what gives? Is it a setting in the phone itself?
