Help Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) won't update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow

Seems that you have another strange one.
Your Bootloader, Baseband, and Product Code is for the SM-G9006V which is for China Unicom.
Your CSC is XSG which is for UAE/AE.
You could try flashing the current released firmware for UAE/AE and see if it will work.
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s5/SM-G900F/XSG/download/G900FXXS1CQD8/130526/
It could fail due to it not matching the Product Code. Up to you if you want to try. Three possible outcomes.
1 It works and all is fine.
2 It fails and reboots into the old system and still works
3 it fails and you end up with a paper weight.

Thanks. I'm Thinking of going ahead and giving it a try.Any other recommendations? do I have to use a PC or is it possible to do it with my phone or other device?

Under Settings, About Phone, what is listed as the model number?
Also check on the sticker under the battery.
You can also check the IMEI number here
https://swappa.com/esn

The link you gave isn't working.
Anyways,Here's what was written on the sticker under battery.

Here's the screenshot of my model number.

Edit the post with your IMEI number. Not good to post the number. Just wanted you to do a IMEI number check to see what model number is listed by your IMEI.
By your Product Code, I think what you have is a Chinese 9006V that someone has modified and or flashed to show it as a 900F.
Not sure what else to do other than trying the firmware for UAE linked previously.
